During my time at BYU, I have had the opportunity to conduct primary and secondary research for organizations. This section showcases my work in this area.

Research Report

This is a report that I co-authored with a team of seven people in the BYU PR Intelligence Lab for the AI company Conversica. The report compiles insights from primary research that we conducted through surveys, in-depth interviews and focus groups.

Case Analysis Report

This is a report I made with my team in a social and digital media class. The report looks at data from SEM Rush, Meltwater and Muck Rack to analyze Mattel's response to a misprint on the packaging of their "Wicked"-themed dolls. It then gives recommendations for action moving forward.
